Is there a registration fee, and what does it cover?

No fees will be charged for the conference for both virtual and physical attendees. However, in case of physical participation, please note that travel expenses (incl. accommodation) need to be assumed by each participant.

What is the cancellation policy for registration?

There are no registration fees for the conference, accordingly there is no refund in case of cancellation. However, we highly recommend notifying the conference organizers through the conference email in case of cancellation to ensure sustainability and to avoid potential waste, as preparations are made according to the number of registered attendees.

Are there hotel rooms booked for conference attendees?

Please note that accommodation needs to be assumed by each participant. Below are contacts for hotels, which you can consider while booking. For facilitation and to reduce transportation carbon emissions, we recommend staying at the hotel where the conference will take place.

What are the sites’ locations that the attendees will visit, and how can I reach the assembly point to move?

There will be visits to 3 to 4 private parks within 6th of October industrial zone on 5th June 2023. Transportation from and to the Sites’ locations is arranged by the conference organization team. The pick-up will be from the Hotel, where the conference is taking place.

Is there any recommended travel agency, and how can I contact it?
